The color and price of the bag was exactly what I was looking for. Very classic style and material. The bag I received doesn’t meet the same description. I found the material to be of lesser quality than depicted. I like the size of this bag, it is a medium size which holds enough for a short jaunt. Having the shoe access so handy is great and it does have numerous ways to utilize its design. My problems were mostly with the zippers. I could not successfully get them to meet and completely close the bag properly. The fabric is more of a plastic than woven fabric. The colors I chose was light tan and brown trim. I did like that. I would suggest changing the design of the zippers and outside fabric.

I was excited for this garment duffle bag because I travel a lot for work. I thought it would be great for a suit, shoes and a couple extra items. I don’t think the zippers function well, and it doesn’t hold much. I’m disappointed with the overall performance. The appearance and color are cute, but overall it missed the mark.

Overall the concept is good, however you need someone to assist holding the sides up so you can zip them. It isn’t user friendly if you are traveling alone.

The design on the red bag isn't nearly as vivid as it is in the photos. The red is pretty washed out and that killed the design for me. Outside of that is was very spacious, and came with a shoulder strap.

This is a really pretty bag (the lining is questionable --- I am sure I will update about this) and goes well with all of my other Jane Austen Blue Oak products from Signare. However, the pictures are a tad misleading -- I was really looking forward to this bag but when I got it, mine DID NOT have a shoulder strap. There is ONE picture showing this bag without a shoulder strap and this is the one I got so I cannot be too upset but I would have liked the one in the other THREE pictures with a should strap because a HUGE duffle bag without one is sort of annoying for travel. So just a warning! The bag is rather pretty but I will have to make sure to put my lighter items in here when traveling.
