I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of this bag. Was not expecting much for the price but it is actually a really nice bag. Leather is really soft and good quality along with the zipper too! The way it was packaged and delivered was a little off but everything else has exceeded my expectations especially since I do have several designer bags that I compare against.
If you are looking to spend an hour straightening out a janky cheap purse chain and rethreading some sticky fake leather cord through it, you came to the right place.
The bag is beautiful. Looks like it’s nice material but I just attempted to use it for my first weekend getaway and the handles just popped right off. All of them. It is a light load, simply 2 outfits and one pair of shoes. It looks like they used the most fragile buttons to hold the most important part of the bag. Hope to get a refund or have it fixed
While I'm fairly sure it's not leather (they call it leatherware) for $33 it is a very nice bag and looks good. Will update the review if it starts to go bad.
I just received the bag so reviewing it based on its lifespan and durability will have to come at a later date.
The bag is absolutely beautiful. It's a real woven tapestry bag. The zipper seems durable. A small luggage lock can be used to lock the bag at the zipper. All the seams appear to be straight and level. The handles are very comfortable for carry. Thus far, the only negative comment I have, and I hope it's temporary, is the SMELL. The bag has a very strong, PVC-type smell.
ADDENDUM as of February 9, 2017: The smell has long since disappeared and the bag is holding up exceptionally well. I use it to cart around my photography equipment. I get compliments galore for this bag.
It was a beautiful bag the only issue I had was the chain was a little shorter than I would like I wanted it to hit a little lower. I also wanted one a little bigger so I ddI return but it was great quality.
I bought this bag for my Mary Poppins Halloween costume. However, when I received it, I was so pleased with the quality, I knew I would use this bag for travel, as well. Plus, just like Mary, I could load it up with plenty of random items!
